What I do focus on is how can I live today? How can I face life full-on and firing and keep being a good family man and in service to my fellow humans - especially on days when things seem challenging? That's why I always believe in myself, the Universe, and YOU, turning every negative into a positive (plus a few other routine hacks) to stay permanantly in Paradise.
