The Marathon Des Sables this year, was one of the toughest years ever hosted. I was plagued with diarrhoea from day one as well as coping with a severe back injury. Over jebels and through sand storms, we pushed forward and conquered all our inner voices whispering for us to quit. Failure wasn't an option and letting the charity down was never on the cards. All your messages of support filtered through to me and kept me smiling.
