Thank you to everyone who has followed my Marathon Des Sables run, in aid of 'Share Tanzania'. I haven't been able to train much in the lead up to this challenge, due to back problems, but I'm determined to finish well. This isn't about me, it's about helping neglected kids and animals and putting something positive back into the karmic pot.
