Had a great 2 days in London preparing for the Toughest Footrace on Earth.
I stayed in the Union Jack Club, got my trainers velcroed ready for the gaiters that will keep the Saharan sand out, passed my ECG and medical and saw a top class physio. When I saw the Shard building I smiled and recalled my fascinating podcast with the legendary @shardclimber George King.
